Mr. Boelke serves as our General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Boelke has held this role since March 2006, and had previously served as our Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs since joining Entravision in March of 2005. Prior to joining Entravision, Mr. Boelke practiced law in the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Boelke received his law degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Olaf College.
